Steward Link® created Steward Link Land™, joining forces with SWAPA Land™ to offer real estate agency and brokerage services to Steward Link® clients to maximize land value through conservation programs and real estate consultation, putting the land buyer and seller in focus. Together, we work closely with landowners to understand their vision, address challenges, and develop tailored plans that align with their objectives, transforming land ownership into true land stewardship.
Steward Link® is comprised of a group of former NRCS (National Resources Conservation Service) employees, agronomists, wildlife biologists, foresters, and other conservation specialists. Steward Link® provides first hand knowledge and uses our established relationships with the NRCS to help our clients bridge the gap between you and the USDA.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Steward Link® conservation specialists work directly with NRCS and provide NRCS with conservation program applications that includes all documents required for program eligibility. Steward Link® has a “Success Based Fee Structure” which simply put is a risk-free service where we charge ONLY IF you are approved.
STEWARD LINK® is partnered with a diverse group of Technical Service Providers (TSP) who are experts in their individual field. STEWARD LINK® TSP’s are made up of foresters, wildlife biologist, nutrient / pest management specialist, grazing management specialist, and engineers. TSP’s use their training and expertise to address specific natural resource objectives by developing detailed Conservation Activity Plans (CAP) for farmers, ranchers, and landowners. Conservation Activity Plans help producers identify specific natural resource needs and implement effective conservation practices.
